Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy(4)
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to play badminton, tennis or volleyball, because these exercises are good for my health. Other people like to stay healthy by eating guava , apple and protein cereal bars . In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.
For example, I like to play badminton, swimming and walking with my friends. The reason I like to play badminton is because it can enhance cardiopulmonary function, strengthens arms, legs and core muscles . The reason I like to swim is because it helps me improve blood circulation, build muscle, and enhance metabolism.
The reason I like to walk is because I can prevent osteoporosis, prevent falls, and relieve stress.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat protein cereal bars, blueberry and sweet potato at least one time a week. I usually eat it every day. They can supplement plant fiber, protein and anthocyanins, and only a little bit can provide high nutritional value.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much donut, chips or other fried foods. Because after repeated high-temperature heating of oils and fats, the unsaturated fatty acids in them produce polymers - dimers and trimers, which are highly toxic. Most fried and baked foods, especially French fries, contain high concentrations of acrylamide, a carcinogen.
In conclusion, We should exercise regularly, eat less fried food and eat healthy whole foods.
